Refund Policy for Casey Keith

At Casey Keith, we provide access to custom GPTs designed for use with OpenAI’s ChatGPT through subscription-based plans. Subscriptions allow access to these tools via the email linked to your order and require an active OpenAI ChatGPT account. Additionally, when accessing the custom GPTs within ChatGPT, you will be asked to verify your email address to confirm an active subscription. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after a subscription purchase is completed.

1. No Refunds

  • Subscription-Based Services: All subscription purchases are final. Refunds will not be provided for any charges already incurred.
  • Immediate Access: Once the subscription is activated, access to the custom GPTs is granted through your linked OpenAI ChatGPT account, and the service is considered delivered.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Future Billing Cycles: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Loss of Access: Upon cancellation, access to the custom GPTs will be revoked once the current billing cycle ends.
  • No Partial Refunds: Refunds or prorated credits are not provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

3. Email Verification and OpenAI ChatGPT Access

  • Email Verification: When you open the custom GPTs within ChatGPT, you will be prompted to verify your email address to confirm an active subscription. Access will only be granted after successful verification.
  • Active ChatGPT Account: Access to custom GPTs also requires an active OpenAI ChatGPT account. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain this account to use the service.
  • Compatibility: Our custom GPTs are designed exclusively for use within OpenAI ChatGPT. No refunds will be issued if the service cannot be used due to issues with your OpenAI account or compatibility constraints outside our control.

4. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are:

  • If access to the custom GPTs was not delivered due to an error on our part.
  • A duplicate transaction or charge occurred.

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us at casey@caseykeith.me within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
