- Activation Upon Payment: Access to the custom GPTs is granted immediately after payment is successfully processed.
- Email Verification: When accessing the custom GPTs in ChatGPT, you will be prompted to verify the email address linked to your subscription. Access will only be granted after successful verification.
2. Subscription-Based Access
- Linked to Your Email: The custom GPTs are tied to the email address provided during the order process. Please ensure you use the correct email address at checkout.
- Subscription Period: Access to the custom GPTs will remain active for the duration of your subscription. If the subscription is canceled, access will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Requirements for Access
- OpenAI ChatGPT Account: A valid and active OpenAI ChatGPT account is required to use the custom GPTs.
- Internet Connection: An active and stable internet connection is necessary to access the services.
4. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive access to the custom GPTs after completing your subscription, please contact us at casey@caseykeith.me.
- Verification Errors: If you encounter issues verifying your email within ChatGPT, reach out to our support team for assistance.
5. Changes to Delivery
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify the custom GPTs to improve performance and maintain relevance. Any changes will not affect your access during your subscription period.
