At Casey Keith, we provide access to custom GPTs for ChatGPT through subscription-based plans. This Delivery Policy explains how we grant access and outlines the process for making sure you receive the services you purchased.

1. Access to custom GPTs

  • Online access only: Custom GPTs are accessible exclusively online through your OpenAI ChatGPT account. There are no downloadable components.
  • Access after payment and verification: We activate your subscription immediately after payment is successfully processed. Access to the custom GPTs starts once you also verify your email address in ChatGPT.
  • Email verification: When you access the custom GPTs in ChatGPT, you are prompted to verify the email address linked to your subscription. We grant access only after successful verification.

2. Subscription-based access

  • Linked to your email: The custom GPTs are tied to the email address provided during the order process. Use the correct email address at checkout.
  • Subscription period: Access to the custom GPTs remains active for the duration of your subscription. If the subscription is canceled, we revoke access at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Requirements for access

  • OpenAI ChatGPT account: You must have a valid and active OpenAI ChatGPT account to use the custom GPTs.
  • Internet connection: You must have an active and stable internet connection to access the services.

4. Troubleshooting delivery issues

  • Non-delivery: If you do not receive access to the custom GPTs after completing your subscription, contact us at casey@caseykeith.me.
  • Verification errors: If you encounter issues verifying your email within ChatGPT, contact us at casey@caseykeith.me for assistance.

5. Changes to delivery

Service modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify the custom GPTs to improve performance and maintain relevance. Changes do not affect your access during your subscription period.
