Account usage policy for Casey Keith

At Casey Keith, we prioritize the integrity and security of our services. This Account Usage Policy sets out the rules and responsibilities for customers who access our custom GPTs for ChatGPT. By subscribing to our services, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Individual use only

  • Non-transferable access: We license access to the custom GPTs exclusively to the individual who made the purchase. We strictly prohibit sharing access with others, including sharing your subscription email address, your OpenAI ChatGPT account, or your account on this site.
  • Single account use: Each subscription is tied to a single email address and OpenAI ChatGPT account. You cannot transfer a subscription to a different account.

2. Account security

  • Email verification: When you access the custom GPTs in ChatGPT, you must verify the email address linked to your subscription.
  • Confidentiality of credentials: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, including the credentials for your OpenAI ChatGPT account and your account on this site. You must not share or disclose account information.

3. Prohibited activities

Account sharing: Sharing account credentials or granting unauthorized access to the custom GPTs violates this policy.

  • Misuse of services: We strictly prohibit activities such as scraping, reselling access, or reverse engineering the custom GPTs.
  • Unauthorized access: You must not attempt to access services or accounts without proper authorization. Doing so can result in account suspension or termination.

4. Consequences of violations

  • Suspension or termination: We can suspend or terminate any account we find in violation of this policy. We can do this without notice, and without refund except as stated in the Refund policy.
  • Loss of access: If we terminate your account because of misuse, we revoke your access to the custom GPTs immediately.

5. Subscription management

  • Active subscription required: Access to the custom GPTs requires an active subscription. When a subscription is canceled or expires, we revoke access at the end of the billing cycle.

6. Intellectual property rights

  • Ownership: All custom GPTs and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Casey Keith.
  • Restrictions: You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or modify custom GPTs without explicit permission. Doing so can result in legal action.
