These terms govern your use of https://caseykeith.me (the “site”). Casey Keith operates the site. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Casey Keith. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site offers

The site publishes articles about entity SEO, local SEO, and AI search. It also offers:

The site also links to services that are separate from the site. They include LocalisedSEO, the SEO agency Casey Keith co-founded, and PirateSERP, SEO software. They also include the Treasure Map to Ranking course, sold on Master Course Reviews, and the SEO Training Camp Facebook group. Their own terms apply to them, and these terms do not.

Eligibility

To buy from the site or create an account, you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. The site is not directed to children under 13.

Accounts

You need an account to buy a subscription or to comment. You can read the rest of the site without one.

  • You must give accurate and current information when you create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Contact us at casey@caseykeith.me if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each subscription is for one individual. The Account usage policy sets out the rules for custom GPT accounts.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others when you use the site;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the site, to other accounts, or to connected systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the site, including by overloading it with automated requests;
  • upload or send malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or share access to the custom GPTs, as the Account usage policy states.

Purchases and payments

Prices are in US dollars and appear at checkout. Stripe and PayPal process payments on the site. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your payment.

  • A custom GPT subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Digital products and subscriptions are final sale. The Refund policy lists the only exceptions.
  • The Returns policy and the Delivery policy also apply to every purchase from this site.
  • Purchases on mastercoursereviews.com follow the policies on that site.

Intellectual property

Casey Keith owns the content on the site, including its text, tools, custom GPTs, and associated materials, unless the content states otherwise. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site and, with an active subscription, the custom GPTs for your own use. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or modify the content or the custom GPTs without explicit permission.

Your content

If you post a comment, you remain its owner. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate it on the site.

You are responsible for what you post. Post only content that you have the right to share. We can hold, edit, or remove any comment. The Privacy policy explains how we keep comments.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on and links to services from other companies. They include OpenAI, Google, Stripe, PayPal, TidyCal, and Buy Me a Coffee. We do not control them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

To use the custom GPTs, you must have an active OpenAI ChatGPT account and follow OpenAI’s terms. Some links on the site are affiliate links. Read the Affiliate disclosure for details.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We can change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, the free tools, or the custom GPTs. Changes to the custom GPTs do not affect your access during your subscription period, as the Delivery policy states.

Warranties and results

To the extent the law allows, we provide the site and its content “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The content is general information. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any other result. Read the Disclaimer for details.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Casey Keith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, revenue, or data that arise from your use of the site.

For any claim about a purchase, Casey Keith’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. These terms do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited. They do not limit the refund exceptions in the Refund policy.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. You can cancel a subscription as described in the Refund policy. We can suspend or terminate your account or your access if you break these terms or the Account usage policy, as that policy states.

Governing law

The laws of the State of California, United States, govern these terms and your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
