• Single Account Use: Each subscription is tied to a single email address and OpenAI ChatGPT account. Subscriptions cannot be transferred to a different account.

2. Account Security

• Email Verification: You will be required to verify the email address linked to your subscription when accessing the custom GPTs in ChatGPT.
• Confidentiality of Credentials: Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. Sharing or disclosing account information is not allowed.

3. Prohibited Activities

Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials or granting unauthorized access to the custom GPTs is a violation of this policy.

• Misuse of Services: Engaging in activities such as scraping, reselling access, or reverse engineering the custom GPTs is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access services or accounts without proper authorization is not permitted and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Consequences of Violations

• Suspension or Termination: Accounts found in violation of this policy may be suspended or terminated without notice or refund.
• Loss of Access: If your account is terminated due to misuse, access to custom GPTs will be revoked immediately.

5. Subscription Management

• Active Subscription Required: Access to the custom GPTs requires an active subscription. Upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription, access will be revoked at the end of the billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All custom GPTs and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Casey Keith.
